Netflix viewers have been lapping up Aaron Taylor-Johnson's movie that proved a loser at the box office with it cruising into the global Top 10 most watched films

Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Marvel Box Office flop Kraven The Hunter has made its way into the Netflix Top 10. The movie was slammed when it was released with an $11 million opening weekend, which saw it get off to the worst start of any Sony-produced Marvel offering. Despite it's poor performance with cinema-goers the film - which also stars Russell Crowe - appears to be doing better when it comes to viewers on the streaming service.

Making it's way into the Global Top 10 most watched movies this week Kraven The Hunter is in 6th place with 5,400,000 views. Heading up the list in top position is tear-jerker The Life List, with Millie Bobby Brown and Christ Pratt's The Electric State at number two. In third place is Con Mum, with Gerard Butler's high-octane sequel Den Of Thieves 2: Pantera in fourth and The Twister: Caught in the Storm completing the top five.

Aaron, 34, may have fallen foul of the critics for Kraven, but he is still being hotly tipped as a favourite in the running to become the next James Bond after Daniel Craig bowed out of the role in 2021. Now a hugely popular former 007 has admitted they would love to see Aaron taking on the role. Irish actor Pierce Brosnan - who is currently starring in new Guy Ritchie gangster series Mobland - threw his support behind Aaron in a recent interview.

Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show Pierce first commented on rumours that he could be set to reprise the role and play an older version of the British spy in an upcoming project. He said: "No-one's spoken to me about it. I've heard all of the rumours.

Listen, they know where to find me. Let's see where the wind takes us." Pierce seemed content with his past achievements and not eager to chase the role again, saying: "It's going to be another man's job.

I'm not looking to go there. I'm quite happy with my career. I've done it, it was wonderful.

Delightful kind of notion to contemplate." Pierce then gave his view of how Aaron might fare as the next Bond admitting: "I think he would make a very fine Bond. He was actually in one of the movies I made called The Greatest.

This young man we cast as 'The Greatest'. He was so impressive then. He just had this charisma, he had this presence.

.. so he would be good.

But there's many men on the list I'm sure." Other actors in the running have also included Superman star Henry Cavill, Irish actor Paul Mescal who was recently cast to play Sir Paul McCartney in The Beatles movie after his success in Gladiator II, James Norton, Jack Lowden, Theo James and Bridgerton star Rege Jean Page. However, the role is still very much open with no official announcements being made just yet.
