A$AP Relli speaks out after A$AP Rocky is found not guilty of shooting him

A$AP Rocky was accused by A$AP Relli of shooting him with a deadly weapon in 2021, but the he has since been found not guilty by a jury on Tuesday.

A$AP Relli, real name Terell Ephron, has broken his silence following the acquittal of A$AP Rocky on charges of shooting him. In an Instagram Story , Relli stated, " Gossiping is a form of entertainment for people who have no meaningful goals or purpose in life," and "Hate me, bring shame to my name, say bad things about me, I don't care." He further added , "Your existence doesn't add any value in my life.

Relli had previously accused Rocky of shooting him with a real gun in 2021. Joe Tacopina, Rocky's attorney, labeled Relli an "angry pathological liar" and accused him of repeated perjury during his closing argument.



Rocky also shared his sentiments after the verdict, expressing gratitude to the jurors and describing the past four years as a "crazy" experience. "I'm thankful and it's blessed to be here right now to be a free man talking to y'all," he said. His partner, Rihanna, later took to Instagram to express her relief, writing, "The glory belongs to God and God alone! Thankful, humbled by his mercy!" accompanied by a praying hands emoji.

District Attorney Nathan Hochman voiced his respect for the jury's verdict while reinforcing a strong stance on legal accountability. "Our office remains committed to seeking accountability for those who break the law, no matter their status or influence," declared Hochman. " As rapper Rocky approached his trial, he faced a prosecutor's deal that could have landed him six months behind bars plus probation and additional stipulations if he pled guilty to one count. Opting to trust in his innocence and the judgment of the jury, Rocky declined the offer. Following his acquittal, an elated Rocky embraced both Rihanna and his defense attorneys.

The couple had the support of Rihanna during parts of the trial, and she even brought along their two children, RZA Athelston and Riot Rose Mayers, for portions of the closing arguments..
