A55: Heavy congestion at Colwyn Bay due to 'debris' on the road

DEBRIS on the road has led to heavy congestion on the A55 near Colwyn Bay this afternoon. That is affecting eastbound traffic between junction 21 at Colwyn Bay and junction 23 at Llanddulas, Traffic Wales has said. Drivers are being urged to avoid the area/allow for extra travel time.
