Then I make a strong coffee for my beautiful wife and me, delivered with a smile! Half hour of stretching and work emails, and then making my daughters’ school lunches.
Then it’s green juice for my wife and me: half a head of broccoli, a big chunk of ginger, a whole-skinned lemon, baby spinach, parsley and water. This has had a positive impact on all my old injuries over the past two years. 10am A homemade muesli cookie after a gym session.
12.30pm After a Zoom writers’ session, I have three eggs on rice cakes with avocado, feta and some chilli sauce. 3pm Afternoon tea of fruit, crackers and dip with my kids.
6.30pm Crumbed chicken with broccoli, oven potatoes, beans, peas and gravy. Dr Joanna McMillan says: Top marks for.
