A fire at a cosmetics company forces residents of Sant Andreu into lockdown.

A fire at a cosmetics company has forced firefighters to ask residents of the Sant Andreu neighborhood of Barcelona to self-isolate to avoid smoke poisoning. The fire broke out around 12:45 p.m., and approximately twenty Barcelona Fire Brigade crews are currently working to extinguish it. At this stage, it is unknown whether anyone was inside the company's industrial warehouse located on Calle Costa Brava in Barcelona, next to the La Maquinista shopping center, at the time the fire started. It is also unknown whether the incident caused any injuries.
