
Sunshine will peek through the region once again Saturday, however, temperatures will remain a good bit chillier through the region Saturday. Starting the morning, most will be in the teens and upper single digits, with highs slowly warming to near the freezing mark for much of northern Minnesota in the afternoon with a few 40s further to the south. As we head to the evening Saturday night, winds will pick up out of the north, bringing temperatures back down to the 20s, but a shortwave will also bring in a few flurries.
ADVERTISEMENT By Sunday morning, light snow will continue to linger about much of the region, as then even as the snow slowly slides out in the afternoon, temperatures will remain in the 30s for the end of the weekend. Going into next week, the flakes will have tapered out and temperatures will be slow to warm. A few spots Monday will remain in the 30s around the area, but slowly work their way back to some seasonable 40s for much of next week.
