INDIANAPOLIS — The latest forecast: TONIGHT: A few evening showers and storms, low 46 SATURDAY: Cloudy start, sunny finish, breezy and cooler, high: 64 SUNDAY: Sunny and mild, high 68 The rain chances end overnight but the clouds will linger into early Saturday morning. Saturday will be a breezy and much cooler day with highs in the range of 60 to 65 degrees. After a cloudy start, there will be some afternoon sunshine.
Sunday starts cool but it will be the warmest day this weekend with highs 65 to 70 degrees. Forecast highs are in the 80s on Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday is a Weather Impact Alert day with the threat of severe weather.
We will keep you updated on the timing and the threats. There are upgrades scheduled early next week with that National Weather Service office in Indianapolis. This will impact weather radios and they are expected to be offline from Monday to Wednesday.
