A 76-year-old man with dementia was reported missing in York County this week, according to local police. Harry J. Runkle was reported missing from the area of 4900 block of North Sherman Street in Mount Wolf on Tuesday and was last seen at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, around 5 p.
m. Wednesday, a police report said. Runkle typically wears a baseball cap and camouflage muck-style boots.
He drives a grey 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe with a Pennsylvania license plate that reads ERG7345. Police have not been able to ping his phone’s location and said it might be powered off or the battery is dead. Police noted Runkle has a history of going missing and returning, but ask anyone with information about his whereabouts to call York County Regional Police Department via 911 or 717-741-1259.

The man, a dementia patient, was reported missing out of Mount Wolf on Tuesday and was last seen in Annapolis, Maryland on Wednesday afternoon, according to a police report.
