LAHORE - The Golootlo 54th National Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship, powered by Zong 4G, continued with electrifying intensity on Day 3 at the Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF) Sports Complex in Wah Cantt. In the opening match of the day, the Police team delivered a clinical performance, overpowering Sindh with a straight-set victory, 3-0, with scores of 25-17, 25-18, and 25-20. The momentum carried into the second match, where the rising stars of Pakistan U-19 continued their impressive run by dismantling Gilgit Baltistan in dominant fashion, sealing another 3-0 win with scores of 25-13, 25-12, and 25-10.
WAPDA, one of the tournament favorites, put on a commanding display against Islamabad. Their combination of precision, power, and teamwork resulted in a convincing 3-0 win, with the sets ending 25-10, 25-16, and 25-20. The matches were graced by chief guest Amanullah Khan Kaimkhani, former Secretary of POF Sports and current Secretary of the POF Golf Club, who applauded the skill and spirit displayed by the athletes and commended the Pakistan Volleyball Federation for successfully organizing a high-level national event.
