50 Cent mocks Irv Gotti as record executive recovers from a stroke amid their years-long feud

50 Cent coming for Irv Gotti most likely stems from the on-and-off rift that the Power franchise creator has been having with fellow rapper Ja Rule since the early 2000s

is The reshared a photo of record label executive Irv Gotti , which was originally posted on Wack 100’s Instagram account, with a mocking caption. “Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you?” The native wrote, referencing his 2002 song Wanksta, in which he raps about fake gangsters. “I want Irv to get well, so he can have to watch my next wave LOL.

” 50 Cent’s caption was less kind in comparison to what Wack 100 captioned the post when he first shared it earlier on Wednesday, which was “Pray for @irvgotti187.” Wack 100 reported that Irv had a stroke and was no longer able to walk without a cane. However, it turns out that Wack 100 might’ve gotten the wrong intel.

One rep from Irv’s team revealed to TMZ that the Murder Inc. founder had been living with diabetes for a while, and the disease led him to have a “minor” stroke in February. Irv is in recovery with his family as of this time.

"Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago," Irv’s rep told the news outlet. "He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He's been successful in making a full recovery.

Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life." The creator of the Power franchise coming for Irv most likely stems from the on-and-off rift that 50 Cent has been having with fellow rapper Ja Rule since the early 2000s.

At the time their feud resulted in a big beef between 50 Cent’s rap label G-Unit and Irv’s Murder Inc., to which Ja Rule was signed. After 20 years, the beef between 50 Cent and Ja Rule persists as they still don't get along, and from his post about Irv, 50 Cent doesn't rock with him much either.

50 Cent often trolls people he doesn’t get along with too well. Another person who the East Coast rapper doesn’t mind teasing is Sean “Diddy” Combs. He has been at odds with Diddy for almost two decades.

Last week, he admittedly wasn’t expecting to learn that self-proclaimed Sinaloa drug cartel member Alfred P. Gonzalez sued the music mogul. According to documents obtained by The Mirror, Gonzalez accused the I’ll Be Missing You rapper of ruining his standing with his drug business contacts.

Gonzalez was suing Diddy for $666,000 in damages. 50 Cent addressed the allegations, resharing the NewsNation headline in a now-deleted Instagram post uploaded on Monday. "Ok, I have seen it all WTF is going on here," he captioned.

Under his post, fans noted his longstanding feud with Diddy, with one sharing, "50 hate on almost every black man that has more money than him (Mayweather, Jay-Z, Diddy, Rick Ross) jealous fella." Another proposed the question, "Can they actually sue if it’s illegal? And ain’t that them snitching on themselves? I’m confused.".
