The 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist, 29, who welcomed baby Lua in October, 2023 with his wife Crystal, revealed on Nova show Smallzy's Surgery on Saturday that having a daughter made him 'way cooler'. 'It's the best thing and the most exhausting, fulfilling, emotionally draining and fulfilling thing at the same time,' he said.

When Smallzy pointed out that Michael's daughter is going to be a ' nepo baby ', a term used to describe a child that benefits from their parent's fame, success and money, the rocker replied: 'Damn right'. He went on to say that he wanted Lua to be 'the craziest, best nepo baby on the planet'. 'Anything she wants, anything I can facilitate, she'll have,' he shared.

Michael Clifford is absolutely besotted with his bundle of joy, so much so that he wants her to become a 'nepo-baby' Michael and Crystal could barely contain their excitement as they gave an inside look at their baby shower back in 2023. The 5 Seconds of Summer band member and his glamorous partner revealed in July that year that they were expecting a baby girl. The couple celebrated with family at a baby shower planned by the mum-to-be's cousin Lindsey Thomason Cook at their east coast home in Georgia.

Crystal turned heads at the lavish event as she flaunted her heavily pregnant belly in a stunning floral Selkie gown. The brunette beauty swept her long tresses back into a half up-do, secured in the back with a pink bow as she let a few face framing pieces fall free. She opted for a gorgeous natural makeup look as she adorned her hands with several gold rings before securing a simple cross around her neck.

Crystal was all smiles as she posed with her husband who seemed over-the-moon to be an expecting father. Matching his wife's colours with a white button-down and blue jeans, the Australian musician dyed his hair pink for the happy occasion. A beautiful white cake covered in wildflower decorations was served alongside a huge spread of finger foods. Guests were also invited to partake in some sociable alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinking as a juice and Champagne bar was set up by the pool. The married couple, who wed in January, 2022, announced that they were expecting their first child together in June, 2023 by posting a series of pregnancy snaps on social media.
