5 killed in weekend crashes in Saskatchewan

The victims are a woman, 71, from Crystal Springs, a woman, 42, from Saskatoon and a man, 44, from Saskatoon. The driver of the other SUV was its only occupant and wasn't badly hurt. Other fatal crashes near Carievale, Parkbeg On Saturday just before noon CST, a single vehicle rolled off Rural Road 1312, northeast of Carievale, about 260 kilometres southeast of Regina.



The driver and sole occupant was declared dead by EMS. He's been identified as a man, 33, from Argyle. Just before 11 p.

m. CST Saturday, there was a third fatal accident. A vehicle had a rollover on Highway 1 near Parkbeg, about 130 kilometres west of Regina.

The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, died at the scene. He has been identified as a 48-year-old man from Dinsmore..
