My Partner and I Sleep Differently; This Customizable Mattress Solved Our Problem Quince European Linen Sheet Set in Sand Quince European Linen Sheet Set in Sand ($130-$190) "I'm obsessed with textural bedrooms in muted tones, and linen is one of my favorite fabrics to use. For bedding, it offers that luxe but laid back, perfectly imperfect vibe — wrinkles just add to the textured goodness. What I don't love about linen bedding is the steep price tag, which is why I was excited to try Quince's European Linen Sheet Set, which costs 42-70 percent less than competitor brands.

These aren't the first set of linen sheets I've owned, so I expected to have to break them in to get past the slightly rough feel of new linen sheets. If you're used to sleeping with a silky sateen cotton or a bamboo sheet set, you might have a moment of regret on your first night, but trust me, these sheets become super soft after a few wash cycles. They feel cozy in a way that cotton sheets never do but are still lightweight and really breathable, which is why I'm planning to keep them on year-round.

I live in Northern California, where the weather is still oscillating between being hot enough to need a fan at night and chilly enough to need an extra blanket, and these feel great in both scenarios. My bed looks and feels expensive — you'd never guess a king size set costs less than $200." — Angela Elias, contributing editor, PS Shopping Rating: ★★★★ Quince Bamboo Sheet Set in Sky Blue Quince Bamboo Sheet Set in Sky Blue ($90-$120) "My partner sleeps hot and I'm always cold, so finding sheets that work for both of us is quite the challenge.

These organic bamboo sheets from Quince work for both of us, and we're big fans. These sheets are unbelievably soft — they make me excited to crawl into bed every night. The silky smooth sateen weave is cool to the touch and regulates your temperature, which makes these sheets perfect for summer.

Bamboo is also naturally hypoallergenic, so you'll get the best rest possible even at the height of allergy season. The only downside to these sheets is that they are wrinkly. I personally don't mind, but if you want a picture-perfect dreamy bedroom, you'll need to air dry them or break out the steamer after every wash.

" — Lauren Murphy, SEO Updates Coordinator Rating: ★★★★☆ Quince Classic Organic Percale Sheet Set in White Quince Classic Organic Percale Sheet Set in White ($80-$120) "I really want to be one of those people who can sleep in luxurious linen sheets — and I tried for years. Even though linen is supposed to be good for hot sleepers, it proved to be the opposite for me. I would always wake up drenched, with the sheets bunched up around me.

So in recent years, I've turned to percale, which is usually what you'll find on the beds of luxury hotels. The markers of percale are cool and crisp, which are ideal for people like me who run hot but still want to be cozy. I've been using the Parachute percale set for a while now (which are pretty pricey) so I was excited to give the more affordable Quince version a try.

When compared to the Parachute sheets, I've found that Quince is more on the crisp side — Parachute is slightly softer, while Quince is more sleek. This isn't a bad thing! I've been sleeping on the Quince percale sheets and under the percale duvet cover for a few weeks and can confirm that I stay cool as a cuke, even in the Los Angeles summer heat. Also, since I prefer white bedding, it makes it easy to tell if you've been sweating — no yellow marks or bunching in sight.

My one gripe about this set is that the fitted sheet measurements seem to be slightly off for the full size. It seems like the full is more of a queen, so I really have to tuck the edges under my mattress. It hasn't led to bunching while I sleep yet, but we'll see if the fitted sheet stretches at all after more wear.

" — Aviel Kanter, director, Branded Content Rating: ★★★★☆ Quince Classic Organic Percale Gingham Sheet Set in Olive Quince Classic Organic Percale Gingham Sheet Set in Olive ($80-$120) "I won't be shy in admitting I picked this sheet set purely for the print. Gingham is in this summer, and I certainly couldn't resist the green tone, which is known to appease cohabitating couples . To my pleasant surprise, however, this percale sheet set offers more than just aesthetic appeal.

I slept on this sheet set throughout August and early September, which proved to bring record-breaking heat in Los Angeles, and found them to be breathable and cool, even on evenings when my hardworking window unit wasn't able blast as much as I'd like. And while the sheets were just slightly stiff on the first use, they've softened nicely upon subsequent washes. Sheets that can withstand a heat weave and look cute while doing it? That's a win-win.
