She yearned to break free from unhealthy habits and an unfulfilling routine. With a vision of building a lean physique and muscle strength, she started her fitness journey.
Unlike others who turn to gyms or costly fitness programs, Tanushree took a simpler, more accessible approach. Armed only with household items and a belief in herself, the young mother began her fitness journey at home. With no prior experience in exercise or dieting, she started small, doing basic workouts and incorporating items like water bottles as weights.
Her meals were centred on traditional, protein-rich Indian foods, including cheela, soya chunks, paneer, eggs, beans, and lentils. Balancing her responsibilities as a homemaker and mother, Tanushree made time for herself—just one hour each day. Over time, she added cardio and weight training to her routine, learning through trial and error.
The progress was slow, but her determination never wavered. After six years of consistent effort, Tanushree lost 37 kg, dropping to 48 kg and transforming her life. Her journey wasn’t just about physical weight loss.
