Ludhiana: A 21-year-old youth died after his scooter collided with a car in Model Town Extension . The man driving the car was arrested for causing death by negligence. The incident took place on September 21.
The victim was admitted in hospital, where he succumbed to injuries on Sunday, following which police lodged an FIR and arrested the accused. The deceased has been identified as Arshad Khan , 21, a resident of Dr Ambedkar Nagar. Model Town police lodged an FIR on the statement of his father Azhar-ud-din Khan against the accused, Arvind Singh of Model Town Extension.
