The AWD Premium trim is the base model starting at $48,258, plus $2,205 freight and PDI; while that top limited edition trim will run you over $80k once you factor in fees and taxes. It’s now available at Lexus dealers across Canada.
Standard safety features include the Lexus Safety System + 2.5, as well as blind-spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert, a backup camera, an on-board first aid kit, anti-theft alarm system, and more. For 2025, the five-seater sedan has three powertrains available across 11 variants of the Lexus IS.
2025 Lexus IS 300 AWD Canadian pricing The 2025 Lexus IS 300 AWD models house a 3.5L V6 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. It delivers 260 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque.
The IS 300 AWD Premium features a 10-speaker audio system and eight-inch touch screen, 18-inch alloy wheels, heated and ventilated front seats, a power moon roof, and more. The Luxury trim adds a 10.3-inch touch screen, 19-inch alloy wheels, a driver’s seat memory system, and a bit more.
Ultra Luxury gets the 17-speaker Mark Levinson sound system and Panoramic View Monitor system. The IS 300 F Sport Design gets similar equipment as the Premium, but adds 19-inch F Sport alloy wheels and an appearance package. Likewise, F Sport 2 is similar to Luxury, with some F Sport interior design.
New for 2025, the IS 300 F Sport 2 now features power-folding, heated, and auto-dimming exterior memory mirrors. The Ultra Luxury features the same upgrades as the F Sport 3. 2025 Lexus IS 350 AWD Canadian pricing The 2025 Lexus IS 350 AWD trims get the same 3.

The F Sport Performance + gets the Panoramic View Monitor system.
