2025 Jeep Meridian Launched In India; Now Gets A Five-Seater Variant

Jeep has introduced a mid-life facelift for the Meridian. The updated model gets a revised exterior and new features. Also included is a new five-seater variant, which massively reduced the prices of Meridian's entry-level trim.

The Jeep Meridian has been updated for the 2025 model year. The mid-life facelift brings in minor updates to the premium mid-size SUV. Besides cosmetic revisions and new features, the 2025 Meridian also brings a 5-seater variant.

This significantly reduces the entry-level price of this Jeep. The 2025 Meridian retails at a base price of Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom).



Prices go up to Rs 36.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec Overland trim. With a lower starting price, the Meridian now overlaps with the Compass, which retails between Rs 18.

The front grille now features a new chrome mesh, while the headlights feature black highlights. A new chrome strip has been added to the lower part of the front bumper. The Meridian now rides on new 18-inch alloy wheels.

At the back, the taillights also get a mild chrome treatment. Aesthetically, the interior of the Meridian stays the same as the pre-facelift model. However, Jeep has given it a minor update to refresh the look.

The dashboard features a new suede finish with the seats wrapped in a revised upholstery. The tech stays the same, with a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, a 10.

25-inch digital driver's display, a nine-speaker sound system, ventilated seats, wireless charging, dual-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and electrically adjustable seats, among other features. The five-seater variants feature a massive 670-litre boot space, down to 170-litre in the seven-seater variant. It continues with a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 170 hp and 350 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
