Ludhiana: Two women lost their purses to snatchers in separate incidents in the city. In the first incident, two unknown bike-borne men snatched the purse of a woman from Neela Jhanda Gurdwara road. The woman, Ruksar Praveen , along with her husband Mohammad Ibrahim, residents of Dream City of Noorwala Road, was eating at a street food vend at the time of the incident.
The victim said that her purse contained some cash, her mobile and a gold locket. ASI Harjeet Singh, from division number 3 police station, said that a case was registered for snatching.
