A healthcare worker in Georgia has been arrested and slapped with a felony charge after a video surfaced showing her twerking over the head of a disabled man. The disturbing footage quickly went viral, sparking widespread outrage across social media. The incident involved 19-year-old Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, who was filmed in scrubs and a stethoscope, dancing provocatively over the seated patient.

The Loganville Police Department was alerted to the video on January 23, 2025, and immediately launched an investigation. Loganville Police Chief M.D.



Lowry expressed his disgust, saying, “I was appalled and deeply disturbed that anyone would stoop so low as to create a video featuring a vulnerable, disabled person in such a manner.” Koiyan was arrested and charged with one count of exploitation of a disabled person, a felony offense. She was booked into Walton County Jail and later released on a $7,500 bond.

Authorities are also reviewing a second video that reportedly shows Koiyan engaging in similar behavior with another disabled individual. This incident has sparked a broader conversation about professionalism and respect in healthcare settings. Many have condemned Koiyan’s actions, calling for stricter policies to prevent such behavior.
