A total of 12 basketball and soccer teams from the Valley advanced to the quarterfinals of the playoffs. Nine basketball teams and three soccer teams will resume playoff competition today and Wednesday. Three boys basketball teams and two girls basketball teams will play quarterfinal games today, as well as one girls soccer team.
The Knight boys basketball team, the Golden League champion, will host Price for a CIF-Southern Section Division 3AA quarterfinal game tonight.
