10p Bread Rolls Ingredients 500g Bread Flour 400ml Warm Water 1 tsp fast action yeast 2 tsp sea salt 1 tbsp olive oil Method Combine all of the ingredients using the handle of a wooden spoon. Scraping down the sides of the bowl as you go. Cover with cling film and rest for 30 minutes.
Uncover and using a wet hand, fold the dough over on itself three times. Recover and set aside for 20 minutes. Repeat the turning a further two times.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and flour. Tip the dough onto the baking tray and flour a little. Spilt into six or eight portions and roll into balls.
Place back onto the tray and cover with another baking tray. Leave the dough to rest again for at least one hour. Hopefully the dough should have doubled in size again.
Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before tucking in. If you want ideas and inspiration to plan your next UK adventure plus selected offers and competitions, sign up for our 2Chill weekly newsletter here.
