The ’90s was the golden age of supermodels , with the likes of Cindy Crawford , Linda Evangelista , Kate Moss and Christy Turlington all rising to global fame. While these iconic models still make cameos on the catwalks, they’ve largely shifted their focus to entrepreneurship and family life – passing on the modelling torch (and God-given cheek bones) to their children. The likes of Lila Moss , Kaia Gerber and Lily McMenamy have all become fixtures on the runways of prestigious brands like Valentino, Marc Jacobs and Miu Miu.

Turlington’s daughter, Grace Burns, made her Milan Fashion Week debut at the Alberta Ferretti spring/summer 2024 show, while Heidi Klum’s son, Henry Samuel, took to the catwalk at Lena Erziak’s spring/summer 2025 Haute Couture presentation just this month. We can only hope that Naomi Campbell ’s young children will also grow up to follow in their mother’s legendary footsteps. (Her baby daughter already covered British Vogue ’s March 2022 issue , after all.
