A house in Colonia that sold for $710,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Woodbridge area between Dec. 2 and Dec. 15.

In total, 31 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $490,021, or $342 per square foot. The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of December 2 to the week of Dec. 15 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
