AT said the person was hurt when two vehicles collided. "A traffic light pole has come down as a result of the collision and the lights are flashing red in all directions at the Stratford Esso intersection right off the bridge," the RCMP said in the advisory. "Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and treat the intersection as a four-way stop.



" Drivers crossing the bridge also reported a second crash at around the same time, near the middle of the bridge that spans the Hillsborough River between Charlottetown and Stratford. Traffic leaving Charlottetown was backed up for a considerable distance while emergency crews responded to both incidents..
